Some Tips in Simplifying Daily Life

I rarely use tips, but I enjoy giving suggestions for you. Hehe. Here are things that keep me going as a simple-life believer. It requires even less effort but more power from you. Power to assure yourself that everything's going to be alright even if you don't do what they tell us to do.

+ You aren't required to use perfect steps of skincare regime all the time. Your skin has limits of its thirst. Your skin needs rest! A quaver rest or a semibreve rest, you decide! Not to mention how many dangerous chemicals inside generic skincare products on the market OR how many bucks you must spend for a set of ridiculous skincare made of organic ingredients but filled with so many other weird stuff or it's just expensive due to the packaging's aesthetic. Give your skin and your wallet, and your bathroom space a break. Even better, use just rosewater or coconut water to cool your skin down. You'll see a breakthrough after some breakouts of skincare allergy.

+ Do you think we need silly separate pouches/bottles of every kind of Sulphate-based products? I mean...liquid dishwasher, laundry detergent, softener, handsoap, shower gel, shampoo, that thing to mop, toilet cleaner, and such? First thing first, they don't come with humble packaging design (all those bright and noisy stuff, huh) which has reduce my inner peace, they smell super strong it's almost collapsing me! Secondly, they're basically toxic. Third, it's sticky. STICKY. If you can use a single all-natural-organic-zero-waste product called soapnut for cleaning everything, even your hair, why'd you trust the toxic? You can live tranquilly with two species of essential oils + soapnuts + lemon and you won't even catch a diarrhea from a dirty dishes. Add the fact that you don't harm the Planet and you're a living evidence of true cleanliness. (and you have better sight at home) Trust the nature. Not the toxic.

+ LBD is not mandatory. Yea, that LBD, little black dress. Because: what if you don't like black, you're not required to wear black like an orchestra musician, lol, or you don't even like dress? Your wardrobe is not a tax form. It doesn't have to be filled with things they told you to own. Choose what you need and what you like. I don't have a black dress. I have a black blouse and a black skirt so I can just mix them out for any needs. And yes, if you don't enjoy wearing basic tees, you don't have to. Take a deep breath, you're special.

+ You are free from house chores. Huh, what? Yes, I mean, if your house is clean, decluttered, and simple, you won't get that urge to sweep your floor all the time! If you have less stuff you will work less on your physical belongings such as washing, ironing, dusting, repairing, etc. Trust me it looks hardcore at first but once you've touched by the impact, you'll love that. A smaller possessions will clear your mind and sharpen your priorities, plus adding more value into your soul. AND the good news is, it'll fix your household system! What a life!

+ If you have a few friends and doesn't ride a cool car, not listening to the recent pop music or don't enjoy Beethoven...if you love cats instead of dogs but also you want to see an alpaca and a narwhal, even if you don't like reading but you enjoy watching movies--if you mix your porridge and your friends don't...HEY, it's your life. Be authentic. You should cultivate respect and kindness but other than that, you are not machine--you don't always have to follow the trend guidelines.

Well, happy Wednesday, folks! :)
